iSHOULD OF WAITED: iPHONE PRICE CUT $200 SHORTLY AFTER RELEASE!

Sir, I know you are excited, but if you have waited one month you would of saved $200! Apple CEO Steve Jobs overpriced the iPhone, and now people who bought iPhones are not happy and Jobs is apologizing. Read here about Apple's misguided pricing strategy, why people who bought iPhone's are mad (rightfully so), and how competition in technology will continue to give consumers great value. And the lesson consumers learned do immediately buy an overhyped product when it is released, as the price may be cut soon.

the people that are mad should have waited because most of the things that are "in style" will go down in price eventually. and the first day they come out of course they are going to be high priced.

I would have been upset if I missed out on saving $200 too, but I find it rediculous that some people are actually suing Apple for price discrimination. They bought an outrageously priced phone, and lost money. If they were willing to spend that much in the first place and the phone still works, what's the problem? Too bad, its their fault, not Apple's.

If Apple cut the price of the I-phone by $200 after about a month of it being out, how much is it going to go down in price after 4 or 5 months? Why not just wait longer and have it go down in price by more than $200 and save money instead of spending your money on the newest and coolest thing?.

That sucks!! but it was going to happen someday, who wouldn't know!
SO, stop complaining, you should've waited a few months!

if its so great, why did they make a price cut? they should have made it available to t-mobile anyways. since its not, its obviously not good enough. ;)

After the iPhone came out, people should have just waited for a new company to come up with the same product, but it would be cheaper. Just like when the iPod came out, there were many different variations of mp3 player being sold by other companies.

Eventually the other companies will copy the idea of the iPhone and come up with cheaper alternatives. This happened with the iPod and now there are many different kinds of mp3 players.
